Organizer:
The contest is organized by Optimhome, a subsidiary of the DigitRE group.
Contest Duration:
The contest runs from December 1 to December 24, 2024, inclusive.
Each participant may enter each daily draw, subject to the conditions specified for each day.
Participation Conditions:
To participate, entrants must:
- Like the daily Instagram post from @Optimhome_france.
- Comment on the post, tagging two people to invite them to participate.
- Share the post on their Instagram story, tagging @Optimhome_france.

24 prizes are available, one per day, from December 1 to December 24.

Prizes are non-exchangeable (except in cases where a prize is unavailable, in which case it will be replaced with an equivalent), non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for their cash value.
Draw and Winner Selection:
Daily draws will be conducted using a random draw tool, such as [https://app-sorteos.com].Winners will be announced on Instagram within three days of the respective draw.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message to arrange delivery of their prize.
Prize Delivery:
Winners’ contact information will be collected via private messages within five business days to facilitate the ordering and direct shipment of prizes.
Deliveries will be made in January 2025.
Exclusions:
The contest is open to residents of mainland France only, excluding employees of the DigitRE group and their families.
Image Rights:
By participating in this contest, winners agree to the use of their name and/or photo for promotional purposes on the Organizer’s social media platforms, without financial compensation.
Contest Modifications:
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in cases of force majeure, without liability.
Data Protection:
Information collected as part of the contest is intended solely for the Organizer and will be used only for managing the contest.
